After becoming a mother myself and trying to manage my own son's sleep, I realised the importance that sleep has on our own well-being, but didn’t want to turn to traditional ‘cry it out’ methods which are so prevalent in modern day society. Since then, my focus has been supporting families through a child-centred approach that extends beyond sleep alone. By addressing nutrition, sleep hygiene, exercise, well-being, and overall family life, I offer a comprehensive approach to cultivating healthy sleep habits.
